CHIS is a General Agent exclusively representing Aetna to groups with fewer than 200 employees and individual products in NW Missouri. All groups purchasing Aetna products in NW MO will receive on-site Health Risk Assessments and assistance creating employee wellness committees. Employers with more than 30 employees will receive utilization reports to help measure the effectiveness of wellness activities. Employers who have at least 30 employees who take Health Risk Assessments will receive Employer Risk Reports summarizing the risks inherent in the group which includes employees' willingness to change risky behaviors.
