Your employees need to have a clear picture of their health status before they can take steps to improve. They may not be aware of their current health risks. The wellness screening is the first step to helping employees develop a realistic picture of their health. A unique component of our wellness screening is the confidential individual health consultation. This one-on-one consultation with a health expert is critical in tailoring the screening results to the participant and establishing realistic and attainable goals.
The wellness screening begins with a health risk appraisal (HRA) questionnaire that analyzes an employee's health history and lifestyle. The screening also includes: blood analysis and interpretation, body composition analysis, blood pressure, height and weight measurement, sleep disorder screening and the one-on-one results consultation.
After your employees complete a wellness screening, you will receive aggregate data about the health risks within your workforce. This report also shows your workforce's willingness to change the behaviors that impact their health risks. We also assess your company's culture based on what you are doing now and what you may need to do to promote wellness and ergonomics in your workplace.
We will analyze the health risks along with your workforce's readiness for change and your culture assessment to give you a prescription for building a culture of wellness.
